I hate to say it but you are a bit late in producing these tops as somebody is already producing a yellow hiviz version of the POLITE top in the uk.

Cycling is not dangerous. Fluro cyclists tend to be the least assertive on the road assuming their brightly coloured garb will give them security. Fluro is no use unless you ride in a manner that lets you “see and be seen”.
