Sorry, I know nothing of this case… Was the accident at night? If so, did the bike have lights? The judge needs to be taken round a test track at that speed, to show him how ineffectual his comments are.

. . . and closer to home, Paul Brady killed by a hit & run on the A19 just north of the Silverlink a little over a week ago. Terrible road to even think of riding on, but a terrible way to get to the great bike ride in the sky.
