I think Boris (as a known cyclist) would look foolish complaining too much - he could promise MORE money!

"Bicycle motorways' is unfortunate - especially as PEDESTRIANS figure significantly in the plans - something cycle campaigners should talk up more.

Just wish an Edinburgh politician had Ken's vision/nerve.
