British summer so far: wet, wet, wet

On Monday, London Mayor Boris Johnson will flaunt his blonde locks, sans helmet, beneath the London Eye as he launches the Summer of Cycling.

But the photocall subhead says it all: “In the event of wet weather, the photo-call will take place under Golden Jubilee Bridges, South Bank.”
